How do I access my workouts after purchase?
After your first purchase, an account is created automatically for you and you are logged in straight away.
You can access all your workouts in My Challenges.
If you’ve purchased before, simply log in to your existing account.
I forgot my password – what should I do?
Use the Forgot password option on the login page.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.
Can I change my password?
Yes. You can change your password anytime in
My Account → Account Details.
On which devices can I watch the workouts?
You can watch your workouts on a computer, tablet or smartphone.
All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser.
Do I need to work out every day?
No. These workouts are designed for real life.
Do what you can, when you can. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Is this suitable for beginners or women over 40?
Yes. All workouts are created for women 40+, 50+ and 60+.
